What comes standard with your condos?
Sheets, comforters, towels and hand towels are included. In addition, we leave you plenty of hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, hand paper and green bags to get your stay off to a good start.
What time can I arrive and what time do I have to leave?
ARRIVAL 4:00 p.m.
DEPARTURE 11:00 A.M.
On request, we can offer you the possibility of entering earlier and leaving later, depending on current bookings.
Do you accept pets?
Pets are not allowed in our condos.
Are your condos non-smoking?
All our indoor spaces are smoke-free. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside condos. In case of reasonable doubt, part of the security deposit will be used for cleaning.
What is the cottage's occupancy policy?
You must leave the premises in the same condition as when you arrived.
You need to put the garbage and recycling in the garbage chute, clean the dishes, empty the fridge/freezer, put the furniture back in the same place, close the windows and lights.
Additional cleaning and maintenance charges may be levied if cleanliness and use instructions are not followed.
The person signing the lease must be at least 25 years old.

How does payment work?
At the time of booking, we require a one-night deposit plus tax.
From December 15 to April 15 and from June 15 to September 15 you will receive a link by e-mail to make full payment 14 days before your arrival.
From April 16 to June 14 and from September 16 to December 14 you will receive a link by e-mail to make full payment 7 days before your arrival.
When will I receive information about entering our condo?
When your reservation is confirmed, a series of emails containing the information will be sent to you. Information about entering your condo, the key box code and the Wi-Fi code will be sent to you on the day of your arrival. Share with your roommates. 😊
What are the cancellation policies?
December 15 to April 15 and June 15 to September 15 :
- If you cancel more than 14 days before your arrival, only your deposit will be cashed.
- If you cancel less than 14 days before arrival, the full amount will be charged.
April 16 to June 14 and September 16 to December 14 :
- If you cancel more than 7 days before arrival, your deposit will be refunded.
- If you cancel less than 7 days before your arrival, only your deposit will be cashed.
What payment methods are accepted?
We prefer payment by Interac, bank transfers, and Visa or MasterCard credit cards.
Security depot
A security deposit of $250 is required for all reservations. The amount is pre-authorized on a credit card 3 days before arrival and released once the room has been inspected. The security deposit is an amount authorized on your credit card and not withdrawn.
In the event of a major breakage and/or failure to comply with the condo occupancy policy, the security deposit will be used. A detailed e-mail with photo will be sent to you along with the invoice.
